The Exceptionally Complex Support Needs (ECSN) team at Nulsen Group is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from individuals who can provide peer support or professional consultation in relation to people with Exceptionally Complex Support Needs.
One of the ways the ECSN team provides support is to provide or procure peer or other consultancy support to help navigate planning or support required to prevent or respond to crisis.
A new initiative being developed to support this outcome is the introduction of consultancy panels. Our new consultancy panel will comprise of 3-4 people with representatives from ECSN and people with relevant expertise across the disability sector to provide peer support and problem solving skills to assist with important considerations, decisions and potential next steps.
The panel will run for approximately one hour finishing with panel contribution and recommendations to trigger broader thinking and planning.
The benefit of the panel will be to provide access to peer and professional support from people with expertise and experience to aid planning and implementation of supports.
We are seeking your expression of interest to be considered for our panel due to your experience and expertise in one or more of the areas below:
- Behaviour / Acquired Brain Injury
- Working with complex families/individuals
- Justice transition
We anticipate the operation and requirements of the panel will include:
- Being available for a 1-2 hour panel session via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Panels will be scheduled at regular times across the week.
- If no referrals are received, the panels will not run.
- Panel members may be eligible to be reimbursed for their time with an agreed payment rate.
You will also find attached a brief summary of the purpose of the consultancy panels which will be distributed to support coordinators and providers through the online form available on the following link >> ECSN Online Referral Form
